Biography Yann Mauchamp, Mutual Benefits

Internet entrepreneur & strategic advisor for high-tech companies since 15 years, Yann is working closely with innovative leaders of tomorrow (internet, media and their investors). Yann is a frequent advisor and public speaker on Internet 2.0 topics.

Yann is Network Angel & Founder of Mutual Benefits (strategic advisory firm & expansion arm of start-ups), http://www.mutualbenefits.net.

Yann is the proud Executive Director of the Web & Communities Summit (European TechTour Association) : http://www.techtour.com/cve2007/index.php and the Country Manager, B-to-V (http://www.b-to-v.com) in France. Being the Partner France of Blacksocks (http://www.blacksocks.com), the "sockscription" website (now delivering underwear on a quaterly basis), he's busy doing what he really enjoy : solving problems, helping others, building sustainable businesses and relationships.

In the late 90's, Yann developped businesses such as Club-Internet (ISP sold to T-Online), Studio Grolier, web agency, NewsAlert, NY-based content aggregator (sold to DowJones).
He recently acted as Country Manager for XING (2004 - 2007), for which he is now Ambassador for France and Fonero Leader, FON (2005-2006), the wi-fi sharing community.

He managed operations in several countries including the US, UK, China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong & Singapore. Currently located in Paris, France, Yann holds a Master of International Affairs Management and practices Yoga & Feng Shui.
