TABLE-BOOKING.COM WORKS IN 2 PLATFORMS:

1) the Web 2.0 portal and restaurant search engine, in 3 languages (English, German and Spanish)

2) the stand alone interactive visual online restaurant booking and management system in Flash, for walk-in, phone and online bookings, currently available in six languages (German, English, Arabic, Italian, French and Spanish, - Japanese, Chinese and Russian will be implemented in 2008).

Both are characterized by the straightforward menu navigation, extensive information about the respective restaurants and an easy-to-use modern user interface. No software is required to use the system, and since it works through Internet, the user has access from everywhere. It works simultaneously as a web 2.0 portal as well as a website designed individually for each subscribed restaurant

FOR THE GOURMET COMMUNITY: The Table-booking.com portal could be seen as a clearly laid out and entertaining mix of a "Google", "Youtube", Facebook and "Wikipedia" – custom-made for the worldwide gastronomy sector. In the Gourmet’s world, Cooking shows of world class chefs give away some of their gourmet secrets, a concept called wine-, spice-, cocktail- and cigarpedia for all connoisseurs and Wiki-fans to put their knowledge and to meet new friends around the world. Additionally an editable recipe database with photos can be uploaded by the registered TB-user.

In the TB community, we create real meeting points (not only virtual) between groups of people with similar interests in different places. A real network to contact with thousands and thousands gourmets worldwide, in real time.

Mobile phone restaurant bookings and Online TV booking service (for the hotel guests to book the in-house restaurants from their room or Lobby) will be available starting from March 2008.

We are planning to partner up in the near future with airlines, so the portal can be viewable on board and the restaurants can be booked whilst flying. We cooperate with exhibition organizers, city portals and hotel reservation portals in order widen our network.

FOR RESTAURANTS: If the restaurant has decided on a visual display of its interior, demonstrative graphics make it possible for every guest to select a table online. Menus and wine lists as well the restaurants gallery can be viewed, events can be pre-planned and of course, smoking and non-smoking tables can be selected. Furthermore, the guests can invite friends or business partners with an individually designed E-Card or send it as a restaurant recommendation.

All bookings can be saved, printed or deleted as statistics, clearly arranged according to the table numbers and the number of persons. The table and seating administration for the various rooms can be implemented by a mouse click in the password-protected gastronomy section.
All these features are updateable by the restaurant, which is means that no setup or maintenance by Table-booking.com is required. The subscribed restaurants have the option to get the standard tool installed free of charge, or to customize it to the design and style of the restaurant for a specified fee.

White Label solutions are possible and SOAP gateways to all existing POS systems are available. With the help of an integrated and communicating database which automatically collects all contact details and special guest requirements, the guest always gets a VIP service by the restaurant.
